Common use of Change of Location of Servicing Files Clause in Contracts

Change of Location of Servicing Files. It shall not (x) change the offices where it keeps records concerning the Collateral from the location referred to on Annex A hereto, or (y) move, or consent to the Trustee moving, the Required Loan Files or Servicing Files from the location thereof on the Closing Date, unless it has given at least 30 days’ written notice to the Administrative Agent.
