Change of Name, Identity, Etc. Each Pledgor shall not change its name, state of incorporation or organization, organization type or, in the case of any Pledgor which is not a registered organization organized under state law, its chief executive office specified therefor in Schedule 2.03, without giving the Security Agent notice thereof within ten Business Days after the date of such change, or within such other notice period that is acceptable to the Security Agent.
