Change of Name, Identity, Structure or Location; Subjection to Other Security Agreements. Such Canadian Loan Party will not change its name (including the adoption of any French of combined form of name), identity, structure or location in any manner, unless it shall have given the Collateral Agent notice thereof contemporaneously with such change. Such Canadian Loan Party shall not in any event change the location of any Collateral or its name (including the adoption of any French or combined form of name), identity, structure or location, or become bound by a security agreement entered into by another Person with respect to any Collateral, if such change would cause the Security Interests in any Collateral to lapse or cease to be perfected unless such Canadian Loan Party has taken on or before the date of lapse all actions reasonably necessary to ensure that the Security Interests in the Collateral do not lapse or cease to be perfected.
