The Borrower will provide the Bank with prior written notice of any change in the name of the Borrower, the Parent, or any Restricted Subsidiary, the principal place of business of the Borrower, the Parent, or any Restricted Subsidiary, the office where the books and records of the Borrower, the Parent, or any Restricted Subsidiary are kept, or any change in the registered agent of the Borrower, the Parent, or any subsidiary for the purposes of service of process.
