Common use of CHANGE OF NOTE TRUSTEE Clause in Contracts

CHANGE OF NOTE TRUSTEE. 8.1 If there is any change in the identity of the Note Trustee in accordance with the Issuer Trust Deed, the parties of this Agreement shall execute such documents and take such action as the successor Note Trustee and the outgoing Note Trustee may reasonably require for the purpose of vesting in the successor Note Trustee the rights of the outgoing Note Trustee under this Agreement.
