Common use of Change of Principal Place of Business Clause in Contracts

Change of Principal Place of Business. The Borrower and Guarantors hereby understand and agree that if, at any time hereafter, the Borrower or Guarantor elects to move its Executive Office, or if the Borrower or Guarantor elects to change its name, identity, any trade name used to identify it in the conduct of its business or in the ownership of its properties, or its structure to other than as existing on the date hereof, the Borrower and Guarantors will notify the Agent in writing at least 30 days prior thereto.
