Common use of Change or Waiver Clause in Contracts

Change or Waiver. Any term of this Warrant may be amended and the observance of any term of this Warrant may be waived (either generally or in a particular instance and either retroactively or prospectively), with the written consent of the Company and the holders of at least a majority of the Series F Common Warrants (as defined in the Series F Convertible Preferred Stock and Warrant Purchase Agreement, dated June 28, 1996, among the Company and the Purchasers named therein).
