Except as otherwise provided in Section 10.3, no change or extra Work shall be valid and effective unless it is in writing in the form of a Change Order signed by the representatives of both Parties that includes a description of the amount of any adjustment of the Contract Price and any adjustment to the Construction Schedule, Payment Schedule or Performance Criteria due to the change.
