Change Orders and Revisions. Prepare change orders to reflect changes in the Project requested or approved by the City, evaluate substitutions proposed by the contractor(s) and make revisions to drawings and specifications occasioned thereby, and provide any additional services necessary as the result of significant delays, changes or price increases occurring as a direct or indirect result of material, equipment or energy shortages.
