Change Registration at the Administration for Industry and Commerce. The parties shall, within 15 business days after the Agreement takes effect, file the materials regarding the application for registration of the Share Transfer with the administration for industry and commerce. Party C should complete the Change Registration at the Administration for Industry and Commerce within the 30 days after the Agreement takes effect. Since the date of completion of the Change Registration at the Administration for Industry and Commerce, Party A shall be entitled to the rights and assume the obligations as the solemn shareholder.
