Common use of Change Request Procedures Clause in Contracts

Change Request Procedures. 4.1 Either party can request changes to the Service. 4.2 SAP is not required to perform under a Change Request prior to the execution by the parties of the applicable Change Request. 4.3 If Licensee makes a change request to SAP, SAP will inform Licensee within ten (10) working days (which excludes weekends and applicable public holidays) whether the change is possible or not and what impact the change would have on the Agreement with particular reference to the timeline and remuneration. Licensee must thereupon inform SAP in writing within five (5) working days whether the change request is to apply or whether the contract is to be continued on the existing terms. If the investigation of a change request itself requires substantial work, SAP is entitled to xxxx separately for that work.
