CHANGE TO SERVICE. CDP shall be permitted to modify the Services provided during the term of this Agreement only after notification to the Store and an appropriate waiting period, in line with industry standards, to allow the Store to make any corresponding modifications in its business or technology processes.
CHANGE TO SERVICE a. Keyholder understands that in order to make the Service available to Keyholder, Organization and Supra have entered into a Master Agreement, which provides the terms under which Supra will provide the Service to Organization and Keyholder. Keyholder agrees that if the Master Agreement is terminated for any reason during the Term of this Agreement, the Service may no longer be available to Keyholder as determined by Supra, in which case this Agreement shall terminate in accordance with Section 11 below. Keyholder further agrees that if the Master Agreement is amended by Organization and Supra for any reason during the Term of this Agreement, the Service may be modified or upgraded, in which case the terms of this Agreement may be amended (including without limitation, an increase or other change in the System Fee and other fees set forth in Section 3 above) upon written notice to
CHANGE TO SERVICE. We shall be entitled, from time to time, to change the form or content of any of the RiskGuardian Age & Identity Verification Services and to modify or upgrade any method used to provide the RiskGuardian Age & Identity Verification Service, provided that: (i) where any change, upgrade or modification requires a technical change to the RiskGuardian Age & Identity Verification Service or may adversely affect the quality or scope of the RiskGuardian Age & Identity Verification Service, we shall give you at least two months’ notice before making the change; or (ii) in any other circumstances where we notify you of such change, upgrade or modification when reasonably practicable.

  • Changes to Services Any changes to the Services that are mutually agreed upon between the Town and the Contractor shall be made in a formal writing referencing this Agreement and, only upon execution by both Parties of such formal writing, shall become an amendment to the Services described in this Agreement. To be effective, any written change must be signed by the Contractor and by the Town or by a person expressly authorized in writing to sign on behalf of the Town. Changes to the Services or to this Agreement shall not be made through oral agreement or electronic mail messages.

  • Access to Services 1. Subject to DHCS provider enrollment certification requirements, the Contractor shall maintain continuous availability and accessibility of covered services and facilities, service sites, and personnel to provide the covered services through use of DMC certified providers. Such services shall not be limited due to budgetary constraints.

  • Service of legal process (a) We may serve a writ of summons, statement of claim or other legal process or any other document requiring personal service in respect of any action or proceedings under this agreement on you by leaving it at, or sending it by pre-paid airmail, local ordinary post or local registered post to, your last known address (whether within or outside Singapore and whether such address is a Post Office Box or is a place of residence or business), or by telex, facsimile or electronic mail to your telex, facsimile or electronic mail address as may be provided to us or to our solicitors. Nothing in this clause shall affect our right to serve legal process in any other manner permitted by law.

  • Service Limitations The FCC requires that Provider provide E911 Service to all Customers who use Provider Services within the United States. Sections 13.2-13.8 apply to all Customers who use Provider Services within the United States. Section 13.9 applies to all Customers.

  • Personal Effects The Employer agrees to provide adequate lock-up facilities for employees' personal effects, namely purses and/or wallets.
