Common use of Changed Jobs Clause in Contracts

Changed Jobs. The Committee may be asked to review a job by any one of management, union, or an employee. The Committee shall first ensure that the description of job duties is complete and accurate, or make its best effort in this regard. It is expected that this would be completed within a 10-day period or extended by mutual agreement. The committee shall then submit the job description to a mutually agreed third party for evaluation and point rating. The point rating awarded by the third party shall be “sore thumbed” by the Joint Committee, and returned to the third party for re-evaluation if required.
