CHANGED OR EXTRA WORK. A. The Owner, reserves the right, at any time during the progress of the Work, to make necessary alterations of, deviations from, additions to, or deletions from the Contract, or to require the performance of Extra Work neither covered by the Plans and Specifications nor included in the Contractor’s Proposal, but forming a part of the contracted Work.
