- CHANGEOVER PROCEDURE Clause Samples

The Changeover Procedure clause outlines the steps and responsibilities involved when transitioning operations, services, or assets from one party to another. Typically, it details the timeline, required documentation, and coordination efforts necessary to ensure a smooth handover, such as transferring access rights, data, or equipment. This clause is essential for minimizing disruptions and ensuring continuity during the changeover process, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or operational gaps.
