Changes Affecting the Guaranteed Obligations. Such Guarantor has taken and is taking all steps in such Guarantor’s opinion necessary or appropriate to be informed on a continuing basis of changes or potential changes affecting the Guaranteed Obligations. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, such Guarantor hereby confirms that it has received and reviewed the Credit Agreement, the Fee Letter and all other Loan Documents (and all other agreements, documents and instruments related thereto) that such Guarantor, in such Guarantor’s sole determination, has deemed necessary or appropriate to receive and review.
