CHANGES, AMENDMENTS, MODIFICATIONS. The City may, from time to time, require changes or modifications in the Scope of Work to be performed. Such changes, including any decrease or increase in the amount of compensation, which are mutually agreed upon by the City and the Consultant shall be incorporated in written amendments to this contract.
