CHANGES AND WAIVERS. 14.1 A provision of this Agreement will be considered to have been changed or waived only if the change or waiver is expressly made in writing signed by the party to be charged. 14.2 The failure to insist on strict performance of any provision will not mean that the provision has been waived or that the right to insist thereafter on strict performance of that or any other provision has been waived.
