Changes Applicable to Durata’s Product. To the extent that changes to the Manufacturing Process and/or Facility are required pursuant to Legal Requirements applicable to the Product, costs incurred for such changes shall be reimbursed by Durata on a Pro Rata Basis (as defined below) at cost.
