Common use of Changes by the City Clause in Contracts

Changes by the City. The City may request changes in the design and construction of the Project through written Change Order Requests. The Artist and the City will then negotiate in good faith to reach agreement on any necessary changes in price or scheduling requirements. Once the parties have reached agreement, the City will issue a written Change Order documenting the agreed upon terms.
