Changes by the Owner. If the Owner changes the Project Construction Budget, the Project Schedule, or any substantial aspect of the Scope of the Project which substantially changes the Project Construction Budget or Project Schedule, the fees and schedule contained in this Agreement shall be renegotiated in good faith.
