CHANGES CAUSED BY FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS. If an event of Force Majeure affects CONSULTANT's costs under this Agreement or CONSULTANT's ability to meet a milestone or completion date, CONSULTANT shall propose in writing an equitable adjustment to this Agreement price, payment schedule and completion date as the case may be, and CITY shall accept or dispute such proposal in writing within thirty (30) calendar days.
