Changes in Accounting, Name and Jurisdiction of Organization. No Credit Party shall, and no Credit Party shall suffer or permit any of its Subsidiaries to, (i) make any significant change in accounting treatment or reporting practices, except as required by GAAP,, (ii) change the Fiscal Year or method for determining Fiscal Quarters of any Credit Party or of any consolidated Subsidiary of any Credit Party, (iii) change its name as it appears in official filings in its jurisdiction of organization or (iv) change its jurisdiction of organization.

Changes in Accounting, Name and Jurisdiction of Organization. No Credit Party shall, and no Credit Party shall suffer or permit any of its Restricted Subsidiaries to, (ia) make any significant change in accounting treatment or reporting practices, except as required by GAAP,; provided, that Agent shall be notified in writing of such changes in the Compliance Certificate accompanying the financial statements delivered pursuant to this Agreement that incorporate any such changes, or (b) change the Fiscal Year or method for determining Fiscal Quarters of any Credit Party or of any consolidated Subsidiary of any Credit Party.
