Changes in Accounting Policies; Fiscal Year. Such Credit Party shall not, nor shall it permit any of its Restricted Subsidiaries to, (a) make any change to its accounting policies or reporting practices, except as required or permitted by GAAP or SAP or applicable securities laws or (b) change the last day of its fiscal year from December 31 of each year.
