Changes in Applicable Lending Office. If Borrower is required to pay additional amounts to or for the account of any Lender pursuant to this Section 4.6, then such Lender will use best efforts (consistent with legal and regulatory restrictions) to change the jurisdiction of its applicable Lending Office so as to eliminate or reduce any such additional payments or amounts which may thereafter accrue if such change, in the judgment of such Lender, is not otherwise disadvantageous to such Lender.

Changes in Applicable Lending Office. If Borrower is required to pay additional amounts to or for the account of any Lender pursuant to this Section 4.6SECTION 3.20, then such Lender will use best efforts (consistent with legal and regulatory restrictions) to change the jurisdiction of its applicable Applicable Lending Office so as to eliminate or reduce any such additional payments or amounts payment which may thereafter accrue if such change, in the judgment of such Lender, is not otherwise disadvantageous to such Lender.
