Changes in Approved Drawings. If Developer wants to substantially change any Drawings after approval by PDC or the City, including design build changes and bidder design features, Developer shall submit the proposed changes to PDC for approval. A substantial change shall mean any change that would have a material impact on the function, appearance or cost of the Project. Developer acknowledges that it may be required to secure separate City approval of such changes. Any separate City approvals shall be sought after PDC has approved the changes. PDC shall assist Developer throughout any City or PDC design review process of the appropriate bureaus or agencies within the City, but PDC does not represent or warrant that its assistance will guarantee approval.

Changes in Approved Drawings. If DOSO elects to substantially change the Construction Plans and Specifications after approval by Owner, DOSO shall submit the proposed changes to Owner for approval. A substantial change shall mean any change that would, as determined by Owner in Owner’s sole discretion, have a material impact on the function, or appearance of the Project or increase in the cost of the Project if such cost increase is not offset by additional equity investments into DOSO. DOSO acknowledges that it may be required to secure separate City approval of such changes. Any separate City approvals shall be sought after Owner has approved the changes. Owner shall assist DOSO throughout any development review and approval process by the appropriate bureaus or agencies within the City and Xxxxxxx County, but Owner does not represent or warrant that its assistance will guarantee approval.

Changes in Approved Drawings. In the event Developer is required to submit an application to the City to approve a regulatory permit or a modification that requires approval under the Wilsonville Development Code, prior to official submittal to the City, Developer shall submit to City Project Manager for review any proposed changes to the approved Final Construction Drawings prior to any work being performed that relate to the change(s)..
