Changes in Approved Drawings. If DOSO elects to substantially change the Construction Plans and Specifications after approval by Owner, DOSO shall submit the proposed changes to Owner for approval. A substantial change shall mean any change that would, as determined by Owner in Owner’s sole discretion, have a material impact on the function, or appearance of the Project or increase in the cost of the Project if such cost increase is not offset by additional equity investments into DOSO. DOSO acknowledges that it may be required to secure separate City approval of such changes. Any separate City approvals shall be sought after Owner has approved the changes. Owner shall assist DOSO throughout any development review and approval process by the appropriate bureaus or agencies within the City and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, but Owner does not represent or warrant that its assistance will guarantee approval.
