Common use of Changes in Capital of Parent and the Corporation Clause in Contracts

Changes in Capital of Parent and the Corporation. At all times after the occurrence of any event effected pursuant to section 2.7 or section 2.8 of the Support Agreement, as a result of which either the Parent Common Shares or the Exchangeable Shares or both are in any way changed, this Agreement shall forthwith be amended and modified as necessary in order that it shall apply with full force and effect, mutatis mutandis, to all new securities into which the Parent Common Shares or the Exchangeable Shares or both are so changed and the parties hereto shall execute and deliver a supplemental agreement giving effect to and evidencing such necessary amendments and modifications.

At all times after the occurrence of any event effected contemplated pursuant to section 2.7 or section 2.8 of the Exchangeable Share Support AgreementAgreement or otherwise, as a result of which either the Parent Common Shares or the Exchangeable Shares or both are in any way changed, this Agreement exchange agreement shall forthwith be amended and modified as necessary in order that it shall apply with full force and effect, mutatis mutandis, to all new securities into which the Parent Common Shares or the Exchangeable Shares or both are so changed and the parties hereto shall execute and deliver a supplemental exchange agreement giving effect to and evidencing such necessary amendments and modifications.

At all times after the occurrence of any event effected pursuant to section 2.7 6.7 or section 2.8 6.8 of the Support Agreementthis agreement, as a result of which either the Parent Common Shares Stock or the Exchangeable Preferred Shares or both are in any way changed, this Agreement agreement shall forthwith be amended and modified as necessary in order that it shall apply with full force and effect, mutatis mutandis, to all new securities into which the Parent Common Shares Stock or the Exchangeable Preferred Shares or both are so changed and the parties hereto shall execute and deliver a supplemental agreement giving effect to and evidencing such necessary amendments and modifications.
