Common use of Changes in Capital of RG and Canco Clause in Contracts

Changes in Capital of RG and Canco. At all times after the occurrence of any event contemplated pursuant to Section 2.7 and Section 2.8 or otherwise, as a result of which either RG Shares or the Exchangeable Shares or both are in any way changed, this agreement shall forthwith be amended and modified as necessary in order that it shall apply with full force and effect, mutatis mutandis, to all new securities into which RG Shares or the Exchangeable Shares or both are so changed and the parties hereto shall execute and deliver an agreement in writing giving effect to and evidencing such necessary amendments and modifications.

At all times after the occurrence of any event contemplated pursuant to Section 2.7 and Section or 2.8 of the Support Agreement or otherwise, as a result of which either RG Shares or the Exchangeable Shares or both are in any way changed, this agreement shall forthwith be amended and modified as necessary in order that it shall apply with full force and effect, mutatis mutandis, to all new securities into which RG Shares or the Exchangeable Shares or both are so changed and the parties hereto shall execute and deliver an a supplemental trust agreement in writing giving effect to and evidencing such necessary amendments and modifications.
