Common use of Changes in Common Stock Clause in Contracts

Changes in Common Stock. In addition to any other adjustments required hereby, any subdivision (by stock split, stock dividend, reclassification, recapitalization or otherwise) or combination (by reverse stock split, reclassification, recapitalization or otherwise) of Class A Common Stock, Class B Common Stock or other capital stock of Carvana Co. shall be accompanied by an identical subdivision or combination, as applicable, of the Common Units or other Equity Securities, as applicable.

Evolent Health, Inc. shall be accompanied by an identical subdivision or combination, as applicable, of the Common Units Class A common units, Class B common units or other Equity Securities, as applicable.

Pubco shall be accompanied by an identical subdivision or combination, as applicable, of the Common Units or other Equity Securitiesequity securities of the Company, as applicable.
