Changes in constitution or reorganisation of Secured Creditors. For the avoidance of doubt and without prejudice to the provisions of clause 7.1, this Guarantee shall remain binding on the Guarantor notwithstanding any change in the constitution of any of the Secured Creditors or the Security Agent or its absorption in, or amalgamation with, or the acquisition of all or part of its undertaking or assets by, any other person, or any reconstruction or reorganisation of any kind, to the intent that this Guarantee shall remain valid and effective in all respects in favour of any successor in title or replacement of the Security Agent in the same manner as if such successor in title or replacement had been named in this Guarantee as a party instead of, or in addition to, the Security Agent.
