Common use of Changes in Costs or Expenses Clause in Contracts

Changes in Costs or Expenses. The costs and expenses for which Freescale is obligated to pay or reimburse Motorola pursuant to this Section 7.5 will be based on Motorola’s current insurance costs and expenses as of the Effective Date and will be appropriately adjusted as a result of any changes in those costs and expenses after the Effective Date, although the methodology upon which such costs and expenses is based will remain the same.
