Changes in Costs or Expenses. The costs and expenses for which WhiteWave is obligated to pay or reimburse Xxxx Foods pursuant to this Section 7.5 shall be based on Xxxx Foods’ current insurance costs and expenses as of the Contribution Closing and shall be appropriately adjusted as a result of any changes in those costs and expenses after the Contribution Closing, although the methodology upon which such costs and expenses is based shall remain the same.
