Changes in Deferral or Contribution Information; New Participant Deferral or Contribution Information. The Contractor and the City will develop procedures to coordinate the processing of (i) changes in deferral or contribution amount information and (ii) initial deferral or contribution information pertaining to participants joining the Plan on or after the date the Contractor commences the provision of services under this Agreement.
