Common use of Changes in Entity Structure Clause in Contracts

Changes in Entity Structure. Within ten (10) days (or such shorter period as agreed to by the Administrative Agent) prior to any merger, consolidation, dissolution or other change in entity structure of any Loan Party permitted pursuant to the terms hereof, provide notice of such change in entity structure to the Administrative Agent in form and detail reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, along with such other information as reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent. Provide notice to the Administrative Agent, not less than ten (10) days prior (or such shorter period of time as agreed to by the Administrative Agent) of any change in any Loan Party’s legal name, state of organization, or organizational existence.

Provide notice to the Administrative Agent, not less than ten (10) days prior Business Days following (or such shorter extended period of time as agreed to by the Administrative Agent) of any change in any Loan Party’s legal name, state of organization, or organizational existence.

Provide notice to the Administrative Agent, not less than ten (10) days prior (or such shorter period of time as agreed to by the Administrative Agent) of any change in any Loan Party’s legal name, state of organization, or organizational existence.

Within ten twenty (1020) days (or such shorter period later date as agreed to by the Administrative Agent) prior to any merger, consolidation, dissolution or other material change in entity structure of any Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries permitted pursuant to the terms hereof, provide notice of such change in entity structure to the Administrative Agent in form and detail reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, along with such other information as reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent. Provide notice to the Administrative Agent, not less than within ten (10) days prior following such event (or such shorter extended period of time as agreed to by the Administrative Agent) of any change in any Loan Party’s legal name, state of organization, or organizational existence.
