Changes in Entity Structure. With respect to each fiscal quarter during which there is a change to the organizational structure of the Borrower or its Subsidiaries, a true and complete organizational chart of the Borrower and all of its Subsidiaries shall be delivered concurrently with the delivery of the Compliance Certificate referred to in Section 6.02(a).
