Changes in Form of Warrant. This form of Warrant need not be changed because of any change pursuant to this Section, and Warrants issued after such change may state the same Exercise Price and the same number of Units as are stated in the Warrant initially issued. The acceptance by any Holder of the issuance of new Warrant reflecting a required or permissive change shall not be deemed to waive any rights to an adjustment occurring after the Commencement Date or the computation thereof.
