Changes in Form of Warrant. This form of Warrant need not be changed because of any change pursuant to this Section 3, and any Warrant issued after such change may state the same Exercise Price and the same number of Warrant Shares as are stated in the initial Warrant. The acceptance by the Holder of the issuance of a new Warrant reflecting a required or permissive change shall not be deemed to waive any rights to an adjustment occurring after the Initial Exercise Date or the computation thereof.
