Changes in Law; No Duplication. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, no party shall have any liability or obligation to the other party under this Agreement or otherwise with respect to any Losses if such Losses (a) arise out of changes in law after the date hereof or (b) are duplicative of Losses that are otherwise actually recovered by such other party under this Agreement.
