CHANGES IN LIBOR-RATE RESERVE PERCENTAGE. The LIBOR Rate Option shall be adjusted from time to time, without notice to the Borrower, as necessary to reflect any changes in the LIBOR Rate Reserve Percentage, which adjustments shall be automatically effective on the day of such change.
