Changes in Locations, Name, Jurisdiction of Incorporation, etc. Such Grantor shall not, except upon at least 10 days’ prior written notice (or such shorter period consented to by the Administrative Agent in writing), in each case, to the Administrative Agent and delivery to the Administrative Agent of duly authorized and, where required, executed copies of all additional financing statements and other documents reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent to maintain the validity, perfection and priority of the security interests provided for herein: (a) change its legal name, jurisdiction of organization or the location of its chief executive office or sole place of business from that referred to in Section 3.4; or (b) change its legal name, identity or structure to such an extent that any financing statement filed by the Administrative Agent in connection with this Agreement would become misleading.
