The Debtor shall provide Secured Parties with at least thirty (30) days prior written notice in the event of either (i) a change the location of its chief executive office/chief place of business or jurisdiction of incorporation or remove its books and records from such location, or (ii) change its name, identity or corporate structure to such an extent that any financing statement filed by the Secured Parties in connection with this Security Agreement would become seriously misleading.
