Common use of Changes in Mode Clause in Contracts

Changes in Mode. Subject to the provisions of this Section 2.10, the Authority may effect a change in Mode with respect to a 2024 Series C-2 Bond by following the procedures set forth in this Section 2.10.

Changes in Mode. Subject to the provisions of this Section 2.10, the Authority may effect a change in Mode with respect to a 2024 2023 Series C-2 N-2 Bond by following the procedures set forth in this Section 2.10.
