Changes in Options and Convertible Securities. If the exercise price provided for in any Options referred to in Section 5.01(f) above, the additional consideration, if any, payable upon the conversion or exchange of any Convertible Securities referred to in Section 5.01(f) above, or the rate at which any Convertible Securities referred to in Section 5.01(f) above are convertible into or exchangeable for Common Stock shall change at any time to a price which is less than the Current Market Value thereof as of the Issuance Date, then the adjustment provisions of Section 5.01(f) above would be applicable.
