Changes in Redemption Procedures. The procedures set forth in this Section 2.09 may be changed from time-to-time at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and need not be evidenced by an amendment to this Trust Agreement.

In the event of any conflict between the procedures described in this Section 2.09 and need not be evidenced by an amendment to this Trust the procedures set forth in the Authorized Participant Agreement, the Authorized Participant Agreement shall control.
