Changes in Rentable Area. If during the Term any change occurs in either Area of the Premises (by virtue of the addition of additional space to the Premises or the reduction in the size of the Premises, but not by virtue of remeasurement of the Premises) or in the Area of the Building, Tenant’s Pro-Rata Share shall be adjusted, effective as of the date of any such change. Landlord shall promptly notify Tenant in writing of such change and the reason therefore.
Changes in Rentable Area. If, for any reason, the rentable area of the Premises or the Project shall change or be corrected, both as reasonably determined by Landlord, Txxxxx’s Proportionate Share shall be adjusted accordingly but not more than once during the Lease Term, and effective on the first day of the next succeeding calendar month.
