Common use of Changes in Requirements Clause in Contracts

Changes in Requirements. The parties agree that Covered California may make prospective changes to benefits and services during a contract year to incorporate changes in State or Federal laws, requirements imposed by State and Federal Regulators, or as mutually agreed by Covered California and Contractor.
