A written statement from Borrower to Administrative Agent detailing any change in special requirements of any Governmental Authority with respect to the Facility, known or contemplated by the Borrower, which have been or will be imposed by such Governmental Authority as a condition to the approval of the Facility or the construction thereof, together with an explanation of the manner in which Borrower intends to comply with such requirements;
