Changes in Scope; Additional Services. All prices and costs contained in this Work Order are subject to mutually agreed revision as needed to reflect changes in the scope of services being provided by Quintiles. Additional services will be provided at Quintiles’s normal and customary rates, subject to the prior written approval of Pacira. No change or amendment to this Work Order shall be effective without the prior written approval of both Parties.
