Changes in Securities Laws. In the event that any amendment, repeal or other change in the securities laws shall render the provisions of this Agreement inapplicable, the REIT shall provide the Holders with substantially similar rights to those granted under this Agreement and use its good faith efforts to cause such rights to be as comparable as possible to the rights granted to the Holders hereunder.
