Common use of Changes in Stock Clause in Contracts

Changes in Stock. In the event of any change in the common stock of the Company, as described in Section 4.6 of the Plan, the Committee shall make the appropriate adjustment or substitution in the number, kind and price of shares under this Option, all as provided in the Plan. The Committee’s determination in this respect shall be final and conclusive upon all parties.
