CHANGES IN SUBSCRIBER CARRIER SELECTIONS. A. Prior to submitting an order under this Agreement, LSP shall obtain end user authorization as required by applicable state or federal laws and regulations, and assumes responsibility for applicable charges as specified in Section 258(b) of the Telecommunications Act of 1996. SWBT shall abide by the same applicable laws and regulations.
